Tony Herewini / General Manager
 |
Manages this NZ owned business with 27 years experience in manufacturing and fabrication from small contracts to
multimillion dollar projects. Tony has a ‘hands on’ style, having started from the shop floor and worked
hard to become the multi skilled Manager and leader of a team of quality Structural Engineers, Design Engineers, Fitter/Welders and Tradespersons.
His ability to identify problems before they arise and deal promptly and effectively with ‘surprises’ is how he has built a name for the company with personal referrals.
Customer satisfaction, professionalism and quality are what have kept Tony consistently with work. The desire to keep learning and adapting to the clients changing needs, on bigger
and more complex projects has seen his Company grow to be the knowledge based and skilled force that makes TP a first choice for any project. |

Peter Carson / Engineering Manager
 |
Peter brings a fresh outlook to our company along with 25 years of experience in process and project engineering. A varied career has
seen Peter manage installation of purpose built and imported plant and equipment. His specialty area is all aspects of the food and dairy industry.
Peter applies his practical knowledge along with a detailed methodical approach to all aspects of the design, fabrication and installation process.
These skills are also backed up with formal qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering. |

John Winn / Design Engineer

John has been with TP Engineering in his present role for twelve years. This role involves design, estimation and preparation of workshop drawings.
His many years of experience prior to TP Engineering cover the field of design, cost estimation and project management in many fields covering food processing, architectural, general and heavy engineering.

Peter Bourke / Project Engineer
 |
Has over 27 years of general engineering experience and has been with TP Engineering Limited for over 20 years.
Peter runs all the on site projects. With his intuitive organisational skills, quality control, excellent people skills, his knowledge of staff strengths & health & safety, Peter has the ability to keep a project moving forward and on time.

Ali Tavizi / Mechanical Engineer / QS
 |
Graduated from I.I.T in 1982 in England. IPENZ member ID 263229, ASHRAE member ID 8117573, member of Mechanical Engineering Association. Ali has international experience in project
engineering, design, technical evaluation and cost estimation of process machinery for manufacturing, installation and commissioning in industries, refineries, mines, mills and water systems. Ali has high ability to develop scope of work
and evaluate installation, commissioning, planning RFT/RFQ preparation, budget control, business development and produce tender submissions, inclusive of cost breakdown, methodology & preliminary program.

Margaret Grantham / Office Manager
 |
Margaret has held this position for the past 11 years. Margaret facilitates the smooth running of our office including debtors, creditors, human resources and health and safety.
She enjoys taking personal care with clients, making sure invoicing is completed to client specifications. Staff are our greatest asset and Margaret provides the liaison and support to maintain a happy work crew including sub contractors.
Her comprehensive work experience enables her to undertake this varied and integral role in our company.

Tina has been a loyal employee since 1998. Tina is the bubbly face which greets you in reception. She maintains the day to day operations of the company including accounting entries and time keeping. She knows
who’s who and who should be where and when; she is our communication expert extraordinaire and a tremendous asset to our company.
