Modern equipment consisting of CNC Plasma, CNC Press brakes, lathes, guillotines, milling machines, bandsaw, punch
and shears, pipe bending, pipe threading, pressure testing and boom lift, scaffolding equipment,
rigging equipment which allow efficiencies and to maintain very high quality control standards. We
are fully equipped for onsite tasks.

We then are able to walk the client step by step through the process from conception to the finished product and final
commissioning and backup support. Along the way we are flexible and open to modification where the need arises.

Ford Motor company -
Alloy Wheel Plant
TP Engineering were successful in tendering for the fabrication of plant and equipment
at the Alloy Wheel Plant division of Ford Motor Company New Zealand Limited. This
has led to extensive work completed by TP Engineering over the last 18 months valued
in excess of over $2.8 million dollars. This work has included: Design construction of
two Gas Fired Melt Furnaces, Detail design & fabrication of 16 Hold Furnaces for Low
Pressure Die Casting Machines.
Along with off site fabrication TP Engineering has completed major onsite work including: Installation
of new filter screen & auger system for Coolant Circulating Facility, Removal and reinstallation
of gantry system in the Foundry Area, Disassembly of paint line #3, Design and Fabrication of
area specific walkways, handrails, safety guards, controled shut down line repairs (alternating
shifts until complete).
During this time TP Engineering has continued to provide a high standard of workmanship
with co-ordinated delivery of goods and appropriate staffing levels. With unforeseen problems,
TP Engineering has displayed the ability to define the problem quickly and expediate appropriate
solutions.
TP Engineering has demonstrated the following skills associated with machine and mechanical
engineering; design - appropriate communication with functional result, fabrication - quality
workmanship, delivery - receipt of goods in the time specified, human resources - readily
available qualified, friendly, flexible & resourceful.
